You’ll serve as a central hub for our consulting team and projects. You’ll keep our teams informed and ensure adherence to project milestones and project budget. You’ll be responsible for the planning and implementation of projects. You’ll create project schedules and trackers to manage the project delivery and reports and dashboards to communicate status updates with clients. You’ll also manage invoicing and contract filing including set up, maintenance, and document retrieval. You’ll help move our team forward through administrative support. You’ll perform general administrative duties, data entry and information management, and provide assistance to our Project Managers and Project Engineers on projects. You’ll be responsible for accurate, timely, and well-organized electronic files.

Requirements:
Strong business sense
Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
Strong writing, grammar, spelling, math, and computer skills
At least 2 years of experience in a project management capacity
Associate’s degree or higher in a business-related field
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Enjoy connecting with people
Positive attitude
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
General knowledge of the electric and gas utility industry
Familiarity with project management methodology
