You’ll join VodafoneThree’s network team - where our mission is to build the UK’s best network. We’ll connect millions of people and businesses across the country. Be part of the team that makes it all happen - simplifying, automating, and bringing better connectivity than ever before, with giga-fast speed, to our customers. As a Project Management apprentice, you’ll help deliver projects that build and improve our network at VodafoneThree. This could include rolling out new technology, expanding coverage, replacing old systems, or supporting next‑generation connectivity initiatives. Alongside your day-to-day role, you'll study toward a Level 4 Associate Project Manager apprenticeship, delivered by one of our trusted training partners.
Job Responsibility:
Work with colleagues across Networks, wider VodafoneThree teams, and key suppliers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the right quality
Help spot risks and issues early, working with the team to keep the project moving in the right direction
Learn how to bring the right people together by understanding the skills needed and helping shape the project team
Help define who does what, how everyone works together, and support feedback that helps the project succeed
Support managing the project scope and keeping everything aligned when things change
Share clear, timely project updates with stakeholders, and know when to escalate to keep momentum high
Requirements:
Great at staying organised, juggling tasks, setting priorities, and planning your work so you always stay ahead
Enjoy working with different teams and people, keeping everyone aligned and moving toward the same goal
Proactive and take ownership, if something needs doing, you jump in and make it happen
Must hold GCSE English & Maths at Grade 4/C or above by September 2026
Must meet UK Government apprenticeship levy funding eligibility requirements
