Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Project Management Apprentice to join our team and develop foundational project management skills while supporting real estate projects and business initiatives. This apprenticeship program combines hands-on experience with structured learning to build expertise in project coordination, stakeholder management, and industry best practices.

Job Responsibility

  • Support senior project managers with planning, coordination, and execution of real estate projects including office fit-outs, building improvements, lease transactions, and facility management initiatives
  • Assist with project documentation, timeline tracking, and status reporting to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
  • Maintain project files, schedules, and communication logs using project management software
  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and distribute action items to stakeholders
  • Track project budgets, invoices, and procurement activities under supervision
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, contractors, and vendors
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate site visits, and help resolve minor project issues
  • Support client relationships through professional and timely responses to inquiries
  • Participate in formal apprenticeship training covering project management methodologies, real estate fundamentals, and industry software tools
  • Complete coursework toward relevant certifications while applying concepts to real projects
