Job Responsibility:
Gaining skills on governance techniques, methodologies and management (resources, costs, risks)
Assist in coordinating, implementing, and controlling the completion of complex projects or sub-projects within a programme
Drive and monitor quality and consistency through best practices
Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Display effective communication to reach the desired project outcomes
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old on or before 15 September 2026
GCSEs in English & Maths at grade C/4 or above or equivalent qualifications and 3 A Levels gained by August 2026 or equivalent qualifications*
Must not currently be enrolled into full time education, and must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject (e.g. a degree or masters in a similar subject)
To have the right to work in the UK and to have lived in the UK and/or EU for three years or more
Keen to explore the world of software engineering with a real passion for all things tech
Have already had a go at coding and are familiar with essential programming concepts which you can showcase at assessment time
Possess a critical thinking mindset when analysing requirements and ability to spot pattens
Able to communicate effectively and enjoys working as an individual and as part of a large team when applying problem-solving
Willingness to adapt and learn in a rapidly changing tech landscape keeping up with the new technologies
