You will support Citi's Enterprise Resilience Operational Resilience (Ops Res) program across multiple business lines and jurisdictions and work closely with the Cluster and Global Ops Res teams and with local business and country management on a global basis. The position requires good management and organization skills, and the ability to lead a variety of activities in parallel. You must be able to form trusting relationships with stakeholders at varying levels, should push for delivery of workload within prescribed timeframes and should be able to apply influencing skills in order to capture and maintain high quality Operations Resilience plans and supporting artefacts that are able to measure business performance and support Citi's businesses in demonstrating stronger operational resilience.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the project management and execution of the Operational Resilience program across multiple jurisdictions and businesses alongside development of the wider framework and initiatives that support improvement of enterprise-wide resilience
Participating in the definition, implementation and application of global Operations Resilience policies and standards
Monitoring all related deliverables such as: critical business service identification, impact tolerance setting, scenario testing and the monitoring of impact tolerance breaches
Managing meetings effectively, including agenda setting, minute taking and follow-up actions alongside supporting material preparation for senior governance forums.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking or financial services is required
Fluency in English and Hungarian
Knowledge of Operational Resilience is an advantage
Ability to manage projects, expectations, and maintain key relationships
Familiarity with the emerging regulatory environment as it relates to Operational Resilience
Having the ability to operate in a structured and methodical manner with a limited level of direct supervision
Can exercise close attention to detail and work in demanding change environments
Acting as SME to business stakeholders and/or other team members
Strong project management, data analysis and reporting ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
