Project Leader

• Leading the successful execution of nuclear projects by maintaining a strong field presence and fostering collaborative relationships with a diverse range of trades, contractors, and engineering disciplines
• Ensuring clear communication, effective coordination, and timely resolution of issues to keep projects on track
• Monitoring progress, managing resources, and ensuring all activities align with project objectives and nuclear industry standards
• Championing a culture of safety and continuous improvement, promoting best practices and innovative solutions
• Mentoring and developing junior staff, sharing expertise in nuclear project execution, and supporting ongoing training initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Nuclear, or related technical field) or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Technical diploma in a related field (e.g., Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or Nuclear Technology) may be considered with significant relevant experience
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility is preferred
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable
• Demonstrated understanding of nuclear safety standards, regulatory requirements, and field execution practices
• Extensive experience working in technical, construction, or operational roles within nuclear or other highly regulated industries

Specialized training in nuclear safety, quality assurance, or radiation protection is an asset
