Job Responsibility:

Lead projects within agreed scope, time, and budget
Use proven methodology for planning and executing projects
Manage project dependencies and interfaces with different teams
Listen to and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Organise, lead, and engage people across different units and geographies
Support change management to ensure readiness for organizational changes

Requirements:

A university degree or equivalent experience, ideally with a background in project or change management
Experience leading cross-functional projects
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset – with a passion for improving how things are done
A natural leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments
Passion for improving people’s lives at home and delivering better solutions for IKEA
Experience leading projects involving IT development or digital transformation
