Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Project Leader to head our Mobile App Development Department, with a focus on cross-platform development using .NET MAUI. This role combines leadership, architecture design, and the application of cutting-edge AI tools. You will guide a team of developers in creating modern mobile apps and smart backend systems powered by .NET Core, RESTful APIs, Azure, and AI integrations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and mentor a team of mobile app developers working on applications using .NET MAUI, Flutter, Android Java and other
  • Design, architect, and implement scalable mobile and backend solutions using .NET Core, MVC, and RESTful APIs
  • Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into mobile experiences
  • Integrate and drive innovation using AI technologies like OpenAI and AI tool
  • Build features using generative AI and advanced prompting techniques
  • Assist with coding acceleration and smart suggestions
  • Leverage for AI-based research, content generation, and workflow optimization
  • Other relevant AI/ML platforms to enhance app intelligence
  • Apply prompt engineering best practices to get accurate, efficient results from AI tools
  • Utilize Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Azure Data Bricks, and Azure Storage for backend and data solutions
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce clean coding standards, and ensure application performance and security
  • Manage Agile/Scrum workflows, lead sprint planning, and track team productivity
  • Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in project/team leadership
  • Hands-on experience with: .NET MAUI for cross-platform mobile app development
  • Flutter, Android Java, Swift and related technology
  • .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC and RESTful API development
  • Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, Data Bricks, etc.)
  • Experience integrating and working with AI tools and APIs: Ability to craft effective prompts and workflows using ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and GitHub Copilot
  • Knowledge of AI frameworks
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle projects and deadlines
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
