Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and ensure effective delivery across cross functional development teams. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, enabling teams to follow Agile principles, remove impediments, and continuously improve team performance while working with geographically distributed stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Coach teams on Scrum framework, Agile values, and best practices
  • Support the Product Owner in backlog grooming, refinement, and prioritization
  • Identify and remove impediments and dependencies impacting sprint delivery
  • Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint KPIs
  • Foster collaboration across development, testing, business, and stakeholder teams
  • Ensure transparency and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement and team maturity
  • Support teams working across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Ensure adherence to organizational and customer Agile standards

Requirements:

  • 5 to10 years IT experience with 3+ years as Scrum Master
  • Strong understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
  • Experience managing distributed/global teamsons (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, Azure Architect, GIAC)
