A major Dutch financial institution is running a large-scale transformation programme spanning data migration, systems integration, business process change, and vendor transition. To keep these initiatives on track, they are looking for an experienced Projectleider IT to take ownership of individual integration and migration projects within this roadmap.
Job Responsibility
Manage scope, planning, and execution of IT integration and migration projects
Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks throughout the delivery lifecycle
Coordinate across data migration, systems integration, and vendor transition workstreams
Report on progress and advise stakeholders to keep delivery aligned with the roadmap
Requirements
Hbo/wo working and thinking level, with 8-12 years of relevant work experience, preferably in financial services
Demonstrable experience managing and steering complex change IT/data programmes (lead time of approximately 12 months or longer)
Able to think strategically and advise senior management
Strong analytical, communicative, and conceptual skills
Collaborative, with strong stakeholder management skills
