Job Description

Project Lead role in Project and Development Services. Standing at the forefront of project delivery, creating lasting client relationships, and promoting JLL in every opportunity.

Job Responsibility

  • Assemble and lead various project teams
  • Establish effective organisational structure and working procedures
  • Identify the projects’ objectives and allot sufficient budget
  • Manage and monitor the different stages of the projects—from pre-design phase up to completion
  • Facilitate negotiations, analyses and meetings with authorities
  • Establish strong business relationships with clients
  • Identify and work around client needs and constraints
  • Represent client interests throughout the whole project duration
  • Retain new business contacts and repeat businesses from new investors or landlord clients
  • Promote company business offerings to new prospects, key local landlord clients, business investor networks and industry landlord associations

Requirements

  • Degree in relevant property-related discipline
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in design, construction and project management
  • In-depth understanding of local codes and legislation
  • Ability to carry out consultations, analyses and assessments
  • Ability to make tough decisions that resolve problems or improve operations
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills
  • High-level management skills
  • Ability to delegate responsibility and authority effectively
  • Ability to create an environment where all team members are encouraged to contribute
  • Ability to manage team members effectively
