The Program Lead Public Affairs will play a pivotal role in driving ASML’s Country Management (Community) Partnerships Programs and Incentives in China, with a primary focus on Shanghai and the broader region. The main responsibility is to secure significant financial benefits, including the renewal of the regional subsidies. This role is critical in enabling potential benefits through various tax incentives and government programs. Beyond financial outcomes, the Program Lead will strengthen government relations across approximately 16 cities, facilitate early compliance monitoring, and provide robust support to other ASML business sectors. By coordinating with Customer Support, Legal, Compliance, ESG, CRE, and HR teams, the Program Lead will help ensure seamless business operations, regulatory compliance, and strong community engagement initiatives. This role also serves as a key liaison between ASML’s China Management Team, regional stakeholders, and headquarters. The Program Lead will represent ASML in external engagements, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive impactful community engagement, ESG, and country management efforts.
