Job Responsibility

  • Manage and actively drive projects of various scopes – from compact individual measures such as the modernization of technical systems or the implementation of targeted fire protection measures, to large-scale, strategically relevant construction projects with high technical complexity, such as new building constructions or the conversion of entire floors for high-tech production
  • Plan and implement the construction and conversion of cleanrooms
  • Ensure smooth project execution by coordinating external service providers and working closely with internal departments
  • Be responsible for resource management and the scope of construction projects
  • Execute technically complex, multidisciplinary projects in accordance with the internal Building Generation Process (BGP) of the CRE department

Requirements

  • Degree in (technical) business administration, architecture, construction management, engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of relevant project management experience in construction, renovation, and modernization of industrial or manufacturing facilities – ideally within a technical industry in the German market
  • Familiar with applicable quality standards and legal regulations
  • Comprehensive understanding of technical drawings and architectural concepts
  • Proficient in MS Project or comparable planning tools
  • Speak German and English fluently, with strong negotiation skills in both languages
