Project & Survey- customer relations. Job involves gathering and analyzing customer feedback, collaborating with various departments, and providing strategic recommendations for product and service enhancements.

Job Responsibility:

Customer Voice Analysis
Collaboration with Business units
Dealer Support through Gemba
Kaizen Approach towards Organisational development

Requirements:

Gathering customer feedback through various channels
Analysing collected data to identify trends, pain points, and customer preferences
Utilisation of data into actionable insights that can guide organizational improvements
Working closely with various departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to implement improvements
Creating detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
Investigating the underlying causes of common customer complaints and issues
Providing strategic recommendations for product and service enhancements based on data-driven insights
Drive Innovation / Kaizen towards enhancing customer experience
Strengthen dealer accountability towards enriched customer voice management
