Project Intermediate Analyst

• Contributes to workflow or process change and redesign
• Measures and analyzes project performance data
• Identifies, tracks, and closes project issues
• Creates project scope management plan and schedule management plan
• Tracks actual project costs and identifies variances
• Creates project quality management plans
• Identifies project risks and executes responses as needed
• Tracks risks and initiates corrective actions for variances
• Prepares, maintains, and presents reports on progress and activities
• Stakeholder management across multiple functions and geographies
• Uses collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Zoom
• Promotes partner involvement through effective communication
• Continuously improves project team skills through reviews of lessons learned.

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
• Engineer degree preferred
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a Financial Services, Money Laundering Prevention and Compliance environment
• Knowledge of project measurement, including collection, reporting, trend analysis, creation and measurements
• Ability to identify issues, generate solutions, and determine the best alternative through basic root cause analysis
• Project scope management and evaluation of requirement changes
• Fluent in intermediate to advanced English
• PMP, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Project, VISIO, Adobe Acrobat Professional
• Advanced Excel skills (database management, formulas)
• Analytical skills
• Strong decision making
• Problem-solving and leadership skills
• Must reside in CDMX for this position.
