Job Description:

The Project Intermediate Analyst is a developing professional role dealing with complex problems, integrating in-depth industry knowledge with specialty expertise. This role applies analytical thinking with a focus on quality execution and requires effective communication skills for working within teams while ensuring project scope, cost, schedule, and risks are effectively managed.

Job Responsibility:

Contributes to workflow or process change and redesign
collects, measures, and analyzes project performance data
identifies, tracks, and closes project issues
ensures creation of project scope management plan
creates project schedule management plan
ensures corrective action is taken when project schedule variances occur
create project cost estimates
tracks actual project costs, identify variances, and reforecast project costs as needed
creates the project quality management plan
identifies quality standards and metrics relevant to the project and how to meet them
identifies project risks, perform probability and impact analysis, determine responses to risks, track risks, and execute responses as needed
accountable for regular reporting or process administration as owner
may direct day-to-day work of junior level employees
exhibits strong basic executional and increasing project ownership capabilities
appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Requirements:

2-5 years of relevant experience
bachelor's/university degree or equivalent experience
