The Customer requires a Project Integrator (PI) with experience in customer interaction to be focused on delivering voice services that match requirements.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact and “face” to the customer for site-specific projects
Conduct on-site visits to customer spaces as required
Establish and manage project schedules for site-specific initiatives
Coordinate and lead all site-specific project activities
Manage customer interaction and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
Support the execution of multiple simultaneous site-specific projects
Utilize Sponsor enterprise systems and required tools to ensure successful project completion
Operate and support Sponsor telephone business systems
Use multiple Microsoft Office applications to manage project documentation and reporting
Deliver periodic presentations to the Sponsor’s leadership team
Ensure voice services are delivered in alignment with customer requirements
Maintain a strong customer-focused approach throughout project execution
Requirements:
Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline
BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and top-level managers in the coordination and planning of programs
Ability to apply critical thinking to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Ensures information management systems meet corporate and customer business needs
Knowledge of information management governance processes
Knowledge of knowledge management practices to improve information management operations
Working knowledge of information systems and how changes in conditions, operations and the environment will affect outcomes
