Project Integration Specialist

• Support the sales processes of renewable energy (RES) projects
• Prepare and deliver development progress reports for RES projects to external stakeholders and for internal purposes (in particular for projects subject to sales processes and project finance)
• Coordinate and manage due diligence processes to obtain financing for RES projects
• Coordinate and manage due diligence processes for projects undergoing sales transactions
• Support the Project Integration Office team in daily activities related to the development of renewable energy projects in the Polish market
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and data rooms for financing and transaction processes
• Cooperate with internal teams (development, finance, legal) to ensure smooth project integration and reporting
• Monitor project milestones and identify potential risks affecting project timelines
• Assist in process optimization and improvement of internal project reporting standards

• Very good command of English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar position (e.g., project coordination, project finance support, transaction support)
