Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, technical specifications, and quality standards per Contract
Review and approve baseline schedules, resource plans, and financial projections using Primavera/MSP
Monitor project progress, identify risks/delays, and implement mitigation and recovery plans
Ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting, aligning with corporate financial systems
