Ensure compliance with Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) requirements, government guidelines, and environmental norms. Manage a large team of professionals, contractual staff, and vendors for smooth project execution. Liaise with government bodies, clients, and local authorities to maintain strong working relationships. Prepare and monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and progress reports. Implement innovative waste management practices and ensure continuous process improvements. Handle manpower management, statutory compliance, and coordination with corporate office. Ensure operational safety, environmental sustainability, and adherence to company policies.
