  • Own lead qualification and pipeline health by qualifying prospects against clear criteria and maintaining strong Salesforce hygiene, close plans, and stage integrity
  • Forecast and report performance with accurate pipeline tracking, KPI reporting, and market signals to improve predictability and decision-making
  • Deliver competitive intelligence to guide strategy, strengthen positioning, and protect revenue in key markets
  • Improve sales and partnership processes by reducing friction and cycle time through repeatable playbooks and templates
  • Run Innovation Centres to drive adoption, generate pipeline, build references, and accelerate procurement readiness
  • Execute account strategies and customer outcomes by aligning solutions to workflows, addressing challenges, and supporting retention and expansion

Requirements:

  • Experience in strategy, sales operations, commercial programs, partnerships, or revenue operations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed, fast-paced global environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across partners and internal teams
  • Highly structured self-starter: detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and excellent attention to detail
  • Fluency in English required
  • additional European languages strongly preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
  • able to drive alignment without direct authority
