The Project & Growth Manager, Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) is a revenue-impact role responsible for accelerating Axon’s growth in key local markets by converting strategic initiatives into pipeline, bookings, and long-term expansion. You will drive cross-functional programs that remove barriers to purchase (pricing, compliance, sustainability requirements in tenders, direct award pathways, and EU funding options), while also owning high-quality lead qualification, disciplined pipeline management, and actionable market intelligence. You will also help create demand and deepen customer confidence through Innovation Centres and structured partner enablement, ensuring Axon’s solutions align with local workflows and procurement realities.
Job Responsibility:
Drive revenue growth in CEE by leading cross-functional initiatives that improve win rates and speed-to-revenue (pricing, compliance, sustainability in tenders, direct awards, EU funding)
Translate market insights into execution by building country/segment plans and aligning internal teams to scale priority opportunities
Own lead qualification and pipeline health by qualifying prospects against clear criteria and maintaining strong Salesforce hygiene, close plans, and stage integrity
Forecast and report performance with accurate pipeline tracking, KPI reporting, and market signals to improve predictability and decision-making
Deliver competitive intelligence to guide strategy, strengthen positioning, and protect revenue in key markets
Improve sales and partnership processes by reducing friction and cycle time through repeatable playbooks and templates
Run Innovation Centres to drive adoption, generate pipeline, build references, and accelerate procurement readiness
Execute account strategies and customer outcomes by aligning solutions to workflows, addressing challenges, and supporting retention and expansion
Requirements:
Experience in strategy, sales operations, commercial programs, partnerships, or revenue operations
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed, fast-paced global environment
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across partners and internal teams
Highly structured self-starter: detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and excellent attention to detail
