Job Responsibility

Assist The Transtec Group pavement engineering team on project management, pavement design, evaluation, testing tasks, and other related pavement engineering work
Lead a team of engineers on assigned projects, managing all phases from planning to execution
Provide hands-on technical guidance, mentor junior staff, and ensure the successful delivery of project objectives
Provide engineering and consulting services for a broad array of projects and clients
Manage all aspects of project delivery from planning through completion
Prepare cost estimates, specifications, and other project-related documents
Analyze data and perform engineering calculations and analysis
Conduct, coordinate or supervise field investigations, laboratory testing, and evaluation of respective data
Develop plans, schedules, conducts and/or coordinates detailed phases of assigned project work
Make design recommendations, adaptations, and modifications and serves as Professional Engineer of Record
