Job Description:

My client are a top tier international law firm with offices in Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia. They are looking to add a mid/senior associate project finance lawyer to their Dubai office. You will be joining the wider projects team which advises a variety of sponsors and lenders on energy and infrastructure projects (oil & gas, renewable energy, power, mining & petrochemicals etc) throughout the Middle East and beyond.

Job Responsibility:

Advise a variety of sponsors and lenders on energy and infrastructure projects including oil & gas, renewable energy, power, mining & petrochemicals.

Requirements:

  • Common Law qualified candidates with strong project finance experience
  • mix of project development and financing will also be considered.
