Job Responsibility:
Assist the Project Manager with tender preparation, tender presentation, project planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities
Coordinate with clients, internal teams, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and effective stakeholder engagement
Support the development and use of AI tools and track the project progress
Requirements:
A degree holder with a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in project management or business administrations, IT, or sales and marketing-related industries
PMP® Project Management Professional® (PMP@ ) certificate is an advantage but not a necessity
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in MS Office operation (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
A team player with good interpersonal skills, communication, and presentation skills
