Job Description:

Lead and manage all stages of property development projects, from initial planning to completion. Ensure projects meet quality, cost, and time line goals.

Job Responsibility:

Planning and overseeing construction and development activities
Conducting feasibility studies for new projects
Managing project progress and budgets
Collaborating with stakeholders (contractors, consultants, authorities, etc.)
Overseeing mock-ups and fit-out works for sales launches
Implementing quality control and handling inspections
Preparing project status reports
Maintaining project documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, etc.)
1-3 years of project management experience in property development
Proven ability in feasibility studies and managing all aspects of projects
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and spoken)
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficient in construction procedures and relevant software (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD)
Resourceful, results-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team
Experience working with authorities, consultants, and contractors
