Job Responsibility:
Assisting Project Oversight: Support the Project Manager in monitoring the project lifecycle from inception to Vacant Possession (VP). You will help track milestones and report on progress
Coordinating Stakeholders: Serve as a key liaison point, assisting in the communication between internal teams and external consultants (Architects, Engineers, and Surveyors) to ensure information flows smoothly
Documentation & Compliance Support: Assist in the preparation and submission of documents for local authority approvals (e.g., APDL, KM). You’ll help ensure all statutory requirements are documented and filed
Cost & Budget Support: Assist the contract department in tracking project expenses, reviewing progress claims, and compiling data for variation order (VO) assessments
Site Support & Monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to assist in monitoring workmanship and safety. You will identify issues on the ground and escalate them to the lead for resolution
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
Experience with high-rise residential development / mixed development is essential
