Job Description:

The role will play a critical leadership role in establishing and overseeing the operating model for the Adjustment Reduction and Data Automation program. This high-impact position requires a highly disciplined and action-oriented individual with a proven ability to drive large-scale transformational initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Design, implement, and maintain a robust and scalable operating model for the Adjustment Reduction and Data Automation program
Establish and enforce program governance standards, ensuring adherence to Citi's data governance policies and regulatory requirements
Oversee the execution of all program initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budget constraints
Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of program managers, business analysts, and other support staff
Provide coaching, development opportunities, and performance feedback
Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across various business lines and functions, including Finance, Operations, Technology, and Compliance
Triage and resolve program-related issues efficiently and effectively
Develop and deliver regular program performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key accomplishments, challenges, and areas for improvement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program efficiency, effectiveness, and value delivery
Communicate program updates, progress, and key decisions to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely manner.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Technology, Finance)
10+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, complex initiatives
Deep understanding of data governance principles, practices, and regulatory requirements
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Nice to have:

Master's degree preferred
Experience in the financial services industry
Familiarity with Citi's internal systems and policies
Experience with data automation and process improvement methodologies.
