Job Description

Project & Events Executive - 12-month maternity cover contract - May 2026 start. Join our dynamic marketing team and take the lead in executing the UK commercial events programme!

Job Responsibility

  • Project managing all UK commercial events and exhibitions
  • Keeping track of all activities in the Events project management system and Excel
  • Supporting future event planning and scoping opportunities
  • Facilitating collaboration across departments like Marketing, Sales, and Clinical Services
  • Building strong relationships with external partners, including suppliers and venues
  • Managing event budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Coordinating all logistical details, from booking agreements to post-event reviews
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all events

Requirements

  • Must have experience in an events or project-based role
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with SAP is desirable
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive team player with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Willingness to travel for site inspections and events
