Bachelor's degree – Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Architectural Engineering
3-5 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a Facilities role
Ability to read, interpret and create drawings, specifications, and other information required to support design and development of construction documentation from concept through full implementation of a project
General knowledge of, or ability to learn, national and local building codes, Environmental, OSHA and/or application of codes governed by other Domestic and International localities
Experience working with outside contractors to include competitive bid process, responding to RFI’s, issue addendums, process change orders and any related task required by the process
