Job Description:

The purpose of this job is carry-out bid evaluation, costing, Engineering, and Project Management / Coordination of assigned ETO/ CTO-CA/ Domestic Pharma and Biotech projects in High Speed Separator applications with medium to high complexity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute & monitor the project activities
  • Execute Domestic and Export Projects
  • Bid Evaluation and costing
  • Basic Engineering like preparation and checking of Basic Engineering Data to create Process Flow Diagram, P&ID
  • Preparation and checking of detail Engineering like, 3-D Layout, making Mechanical Data Sheets, selection of components and making Bill of Material
  • Select and design products and solutions based on customer requests and applicable standards and codes
  • Review or check the designs or documents prepared
  • Provide inputs like Functional Descriptions to Automation Team
  • Close coordination with Automation Team
  • Close coordination and communication with Operations and suppliers to build a module
  • Participate in internal and external project meetings
  • Conduct software testing along with Automation Engineer
  • Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing
  • Travel to sites as and when required for conducting project meetings, commissioning and troubleshooting
  • Deliver input to improve current technical solutions and / or develop new solutions
  • Execute the entire task / project as defined in the task / work request with support from other cross functional teams
  • Co-ordinate inter-department for smooth execution of project
  • Implementing and following Quality Management System for ISO 9001
  • Executing Project Management activities as Bid evaluation and costing, Contract review, Project initiation and scheduling, Project coordination with internal and external stake holders and Handling commercial aspects of the project

Requirements:

  • Graduate Engineer in Mechanical / Chemical Stream
  • 4 – 7 Years relevant experience in Project Management within the EPC industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/ chemical engineering
  • Piping Engineering knowledge
  • Basic Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Automation knowledge
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Capable of design P & ID for HSS Modules
  • Capable of design Layouts for High-Speed Separator skids
  • Can make specifications, selection and assist Purchase Department in Ordering the components of module
  • Structured and organized, good communication skills
  • Team player, cost conscious, customer centric

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Hygienic/ aseptic design
  • CADISON/ AutoCAD knowledge
