Project Engineer

• Lead and coordinate new product and tooling development projects from initial concept through to first mass production
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress, including mold trials and engineering change implementation
• Serve as the main technical liaison between customers and internal teams, addressing design, tooling, and production matters
• Prepare project-related documents such as BOM, New Part Information, and progress reports
• Support in quotation preparation and cost improvement initiatives
• Ensure customer approvals are obtained prior to mass production and all ISO documentation requirements are met
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives across assigned projects
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to new projects or tooling

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management, tooling, or plastic manufacturing
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 13485 standards is an added advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project documentation tools
