Job Responsibility

  • Set up of Motor development and Validation team
  • Ramp up / develop the organization inline with strategic goals from Business unit
  • Independent planning, control and monitoring of complex product developments
  • Capacity management with optimal resource planning and deployment of necessary competences
  • Responsibility to meet KPI’s related to product development and industrialization
  • Technical responsibility for the assigned product
  • coordinating the activities of external development partners / OEMs / suppliers and internal interfaces
  • Independent development of concepts and presentation internally and externally, implementation of technical measures for product improvements
  • Obtaining and evaluating customer and / or market requirements, leading technical directions in alignment with the technical functions and business unit
  • Development of specifications for the independent planning, execution and evaluation of test setups or measurement chains
  • Definition and implementation of product testing and optimization
  • Independent systematic analysis of technical problems in product testing and preparation of corresponding risk assessments, development of problem-solving proposals for deviations during product testing
