The Project Engineer (PE) is responsible for the technical execution of projects, ensuring all engineering, quality, and TR&S activities align with contractual requirements, TMEIC and industry standards, and project milestones. The PE acts as the technical counterpart for all project stakeholders, supporting planning, risk management, and overall project execution. This role requires strong technical expertise, solid organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate engineering teams and resolve complex technical issues in a dynamic, multinational environment.
Job Responsibility
Study project specifications and identify technical, quality, and TR&S risks, assuring project compliance
Conduct technical feasibility studies and cost–benefit analyses to support project decisions
Develop the technical, quality, and TR&S risk management plan assisting the project Stakeholders in the development of project and risk plan
Coordinate the technical team and act as the primary technical interface with stakeholders
Provide engineering expertise during all project phases, from design to commissioning
