Job Description

Managing the floor cycle to ensure the master construction program remains on schedule. Ensuring all structural, architectural, and M&E works are executed according to approved shop drawings, technical specifications, and local building codes. Coordinating various trades (formwork, rebar, MEP, facade) and managing limited site space and vertical logistic, specifically tower crane and hoist scheduling. Maintaining a zero-tolerance approach to safety, with a heavy focus on high-risk activities such as working-at-height, edge protection, and falling object prevention. Monitoring material usage to minimize wastage, preparing progress reports, and managing site records (site diaries, RFIs, and inspection forms) to support progress claims. Acting as the primary point of contact between the site team, consultants, and the client to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project handover.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering or Construction Management or revelant
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in construction, specifically within high-rise or complex building projects
  • Proven ability to manage site operations, resolve complex technical issues, and lead multi-disciplinary coordination.

Proficient in Mandarin is an ADDED ADVANTAGE to liaise with China contractors and stakeholders
