Job Description

As a Project Engineer- Sales & Engineering Liaison (m/f/d), you act as the link between Sales and Engineering, ensuring customer requirements are technically feasible and cost-effective. You collaborate closely with global Sales Engineers and help streamline processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility

  • Review and assess customer requirements for feasibility, cost, and timeline
  • Manage Sales Engineering Requests through the PSR (Project Specific Request) process
  • Edit and maintain PSRs in the PLM system
  • Lead coordination rounds with global Sales Engineers and set priorities for PSRs
  • Initiate expert discussions to resolve requirements on time
  • Prepare reports and analytics on requests
  • Improve customer satisfaction and response times
  • Provide transparency on team workloads and performance

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering and 3–5 years of experience in engineering project management or equivalent
  • Experience working at the interface between Engineering/R&D and Sales
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and intercultural competence
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Self-driven, structured, and a team player with initiative
