Job Responsibility

Lifecycle Management: Own the roadmap lifecycle for all AI Business Solutions products: ingestion, validation, metadata hygiene, copy quality, and monthly/quarterly refresh cycles
Disclosure Planning: Partner deeply with Product Marketing Group (PMG) & engineering to ensure disclosure alignment, readiness, feature completeness, and consistency in roadmap positioning
Roadmap Experience Management: Manage the pipeline for all roadmap surfaces (public roadmap, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) roadmap, Microsoft Tech Community (MTC)) and ensure cross-surface coherence
Content Creation and Editorial Lead: Lead content creation and editing for AI Business Solutions roadmap features, ensuring clear, simple, and customerfriendly copy
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with marketing, Public Relations (PR), engineering, and Customer Experience (CxE) to support roadmap storytelling, reveal plans, and content readiness
Performance Analysis: Analyze roadmap performance, usage patterns, customer feedback trends, and produce monthly insights
Next Gen Roadmap Experience: Participate and contribute in Roadmap Reimagined initiatives, ensuring metadata quality and strong narrative coherence
