Job Description

Lead and coordinate industrial projects from design to implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Drive technical solutions to improve performance, support new products, and meet evolving technological and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and coordinate industrial projects from design to implementation
  • Analyze technical needs and propose innovative solutions
  • Manage projects end-to-end: design, validation (FAT, IQ, OQ), commissioning, and documentation updates
  • Prepare URS, FS, DS, and related project documents
  • Oversee equipment procurement, installation, and ensure compliance with planning and budget
  • Train impacted personnel and maintain stakeholder communication
  • Prepare CAPEX requests and monitor budgets
  • Ensure regulatory, EHS, and cGMP compliance
  • Support portfolio management (project database, CAPEX forecast)
  • Act as Engineering team reference for project documentation and Change Control

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics, Process Engineering, Instrumentation, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial project engineering (pharma, food, life sciences, or chemical sectors)
  • Knowledge of project management principles
  • Proficiency in MS Project and CAD tools (Autodesk required)
  • Fluent in English and French

Nice to have

  • Experience in medical device manufacturing (ISO 13485)
  • Experience in mixing/distribution/filling processes, plastics (film extrusion, injection molding), or packaging
  • Project management certifications
