Job Description

The Project Engineer II is responsible for facilitating the engineering, design, fabrication, and functional testing of RNG plants and related skid systems to meet project and customer requirements. This includes developing project documentation, guiding the design process, and interfacing with customers and suppliers. The Project Engineer II must have the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal team on a regular basis, both verbally and in writing. Must be self-motivated and be able to multi-task working on multiple projects simultaneously. High organizational skills are required.

Job Responsibility

  • Facilitating the engineering, design, fabrication, and functional testing of RNG plants and related skid systems to meet project and customer requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical or other Engineering field or equivalent experience
  • 3- 7 years of experience in related field
  • General familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software a plus
  • Familiarity with Piping & Instrument Diagrams (P&ID) and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD)
  • Knowledge of ASME Piping and Pressure Vessel codes (ASME B31.1, B31.3)
  • General knowledge of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, and motors
  • General knowledge of heat exchangers, filtration, and pressure/temperature instruments
  • General knowledge of ASTM structural steel shapes, fabrication techniques, and welding processes
