Engineering Standards: Apply deep knowledge of high-voltage transmission equipment and adhere to global engineering protocols (such as IEC, IEEE, and JIS) as well as internal Toshiba standards
Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all engineering activities and site operations remain fully compliant with industrial laws and safety regulations
Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing professional development through internal technical reviews, training programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to stay current with company procedures
Contract Delivery: Oversee the execution of awarded scopes, ensuring that all products and services meet the required quality, schedule, and budgetary benchmarks
Documentation & Planning: Manage the master project document list, develop project specifications, and maintain rigorous schedules
Procurement Support: Facilitate the bidding process by supporting RFQ (Request for Quote) and RFP (Request for Proposal) activities for new tenders
Technical Review: Lead the evaluation of vendor drawings and technical specifications to ensure they meet project requirements
External Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for customers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues and align expectations
Vendor Management: Maintain transparent and proactive communication with vendors to monitor progress and ensure deliverables meet standards

Requirements:
≥ 5 years working experience in primary equipment especially in 132kV power transformer, high voltage primary equipment and above
Bachelor Degree
