Job Description:

As a Project Engineer, you will manage engineering projects from the installation phase to handover, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and quality control throughout the project timeline. You will work closely with a local execution team, preparing detailed planning and overseeing the commissioning phase. Responsibilities also include compliance with established standards and guidelines, as well as facilitating a smooth transition to the end-user department.

Job Responsibility:

Manage project from engineering phase over installation and go-live up to hand over to end user
manage the execution of the project together with the local team until commissioning and hand over
prepare and coordinate detailed installation and start-up planning
follow up on the project and budget, taking action on possible deviations in duration and costs
ensure standards and guidelines (safety, quality control, electrical, mechanical, automation, etc.) are adhered to during projects and take action when deviated from
take responsibility for all safety aspects related to project execution and completion
hand over the project to the responsible department including training, documentation, drawings, specifications, and spare parts

Requirements:

Engineering degree and affinity with technology and production processes
at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
good communication skills and team player
stress-resistant, persistent and result-oriented mindset
interest in technology and production processes
practical with a pragmatic 'hands-on' approach
residing in the Czech Republic (Czech labor contract)
empathy
fluent in English both verbal and in writing
willing to travel 25%-50% of the time
