Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in aluminum extrusion or metal fabrication
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and CI tools (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred)
Proficient in data analysis and statistical tools (Excel, Minitab, Power BI, etc.)
Hands-on experience driving change and fostering a continuous improvement culture
Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

Job Responsibility

Lead and support continuous improvement projects focused on reducing waste, improving quality, and enhancing productivity throughout the plant
Facilitate cross-functional kaizen events and implement Lean tools (5S, VSM, TPM, SMED, etc.)
Analyze data to identify trends and root causes
recommend and implement corrective actions
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives
Partner with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to support problem-solving efforts and standardize best practices
Provide training and mentoring on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to staff at all levels
Contribute to strategic projects related to automation, digitalization, and operational excellence
Participate in capital project planning and ROI assessments as they relate to process improvement
Support safety and sustainability initiatives by promoting process reliability and operational discipline
