Project Director

• Project Management and Coordination: Direct and oversee all project phases, from initial planning to completion. Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure the project stays on track
• Progress and Quality Control: Monitor and manage project progress to ensure it aligns with the work schedule, contract, and specifications. Regularly report on project status and provide technical support for building works
• Team and Stakeholder Management: Manage project teams by planning resources, recruiting staff, and conducting performance reviews. Foster a collaborative environment among all departments—including design, sales, and finance—to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company quality standards
• Administrative and Regulatory Compliance: Oversee the selection and appointment of consultants and ensure contracts are managed correctly. Handle all submissions and approvals for land matters, building plans, and permits within the required timeframes.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Planning
• Completed the full project cycle (from Conceptual to Vacant Possession stage of a project)
• Able to relocate overseas
• Minimum 15 years of experience in property development and project management (handling projects - high-rise)
• Work experience property development companies
• Experience in residential or mixed-use projects (specifically high-rise and mid-rise developments.)
