We are searching for exceptional Project Directors with consultancy experience to join our Health team. TSA Riley continues to play a leading role in delivering Queensland's largest and most complex healthcare infrastructure programs. We are seeking exceptional Project Directors with consultancy experience to join our Health team and lead the next generation of major capital and regional health projects.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the next generation of major capital and regional health projects
  • Lead through genuine project complexity, including program pressures, site constraints, and evolving clinical requirements
  • Oversight of a portfolio of rural and regional health projects
  • Travel required across multiple locations
  • Program-level leadership across governance, reporting, client interface, and delivery performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering major capital projects and/or complex programs
  • Ability to navigate highly complex stakeholder environments, including government and clinical users
  • Strong capability in governance, commercial management, and procurement
  • Confidence leading through complexity, ambiguity, and change
  • A collaborative, influential leadership style with executive presence
