Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving sales excellence and fostering a high-performing team? As the Site Leader in Sedona, AZ, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our sales department. Reporting directly to the Regional Senior Vice President of Sales and company officers, you will oversee the development, execution, and compliance of all sales strategies. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic leadership with hands-on management to achieve outstanding results.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead with Purpose: Provide strategic direction and dynamic leadership for sales associates and managers, ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds performance goals
  • Ensure Compliance & Integrity: Work closely with the Compliance Department to resolve client concerns, ensuring ethical sales practices are maintained at all times
  • Cultivate a Winning Culture: Organize and lead daily sales meetings to motivate and align the team, while coordinating regular training sessions with the Training Managers to keep skills sharp and morale high
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee the adherence to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless sales operation that is efficient, compliant, and client-focused
  • Shape the Future: Take charge of hiring, and managing the sales team. Empower your staff through mentorship and clear communication, while holding the authority to discipline and make staffing decisions in line with company guidelines
  • Adapt and Innovate: Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team performance. Be ready to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front when needed to ensure sales targets are achieved

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years in a managerial role within the Timeshare industry, with a proven track record of success
