In this executive leadership role, you will drive the strategic direction and end-to-end execution of a comprehensive real estate development portfolio. Manage the overall financial performance, budgeting processes, and cost management frameworks to ensure long-term profitability across all projects. Lead and mentor cross-functional project management teams to foster a culture of technical excellence and collaborative execution. Define and enforce stringent quality assurance benchmarks to ensure all physical deliverables exceed standard market expectations. Navigate and maintain relationships with federal and local regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth statutory planning approvals. Champion the adoption of modern digital engineering tools, workflow automation technologies, and environmental sustainability initiatives across workflows.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning or Construction Management

  • Solid commercial acumen with experience overseeing project financial modelling, procurement strategy, and contract administration
