Mentoring and developing project teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture
A strong reputation within the Australian aviation sector, ideally with experience across major airports or complex aviation infrastructure
A solid understanding of airport operations and regulatory compliance
A minimum of 10 years' experience delivering projects in live construction environments, including airside works
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management
Proven experience in client-side consultancy or advisory roles
A deep understanding of the regulatory and operational requirements of airside environments (e.g. airport protocols, safety systems, stakeholder interfaces)
Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience leading multidisciplinary consultant teams and contractor interfaces
Strong commercial acumen and confidence operating at senior stakeholder and executive levels
A collaborative, pragmatic approach to project delivery aligned with shared team cultures
Willingness to travel interstate as required to support project delivery and capability development
