Job Responsibility:

Review planning documentation in respect of new projects as part of the due diligence and co-ordinate with planning consultants to discharge planning conditions and submit variations, where necessary
Analyse approved projects in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of all requirements received during the approval process giving support in DD phase
Provide assistance to the Head of Development Manager in the management of assigned projects
Assist the grid team with planning and land related issues in respect of grid connections assets
Assist to develop and implement strategic plans for renewable energy project development
Assist in the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector
Interact with the Engineering and Legal departments in order to complete the project development tasks
Interact with external stakeholder and suppliers, following up the development of the projects pipeline

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science and Business Management or related fields
3+ years working experience in the development projects
Professional knowledge of AUTOCAD
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Italian and English knowledge is required
Ability to travel as needed for project development and Public administrations meeting
