My client are an international law firm looking to add a talented project development associate to their Dubai office. The team covers energy and infrastructure projects in the Middle East, advising on an array of solar, wastewater, petrochemical/refinery, IWP, logistics, and social infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Project development/construction
  • Project finance
  • M&A in the Middle East
  • Advising on solar, wastewater, petrochemical/refinery, IWP, logistics, and social infrastructure projects

Requirements:

  • Common law qualified lawyer
  • Upwards of 3 PQE
  • Broad range of project development or a blend of development and finance experience
  • Arabic language skills would be beneficial
