Our Business Development North & Central department intends to recruit a Project Development Intern.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordination of several teams to consolidate all the inputs required for the valuation of the projects, following the company's processes and tools
  • Management, monitoring and follow-up of technical and environmental studies, permits and documentation
  • Responsible for the constitution of quality application file and close project follow up
  • Coordinate teams involved for each projects phase to ensure the schedules planned for the project are met
  • Take part in the control and updates of the business plan and budget for the projects assigned
  • Supports the team's reporting activities, preparation and execution of presentations for the Management Team of EDPR

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree / Master's
  • Ability to read, write and speak German fluently
  • Ideally some experience but not needed

  • Manage all aspects of project development, including land, environmental, permitting, stakeholder management, resource assessment, initial engineering, and grid connection activities, up to the point of financial close
  • Lead the development and optimisation of project technical design and parameters
  • Oversee activities to achieve development approval and permits, including management of third-party environmental and planning advisers, and collaborating with the engineering and construction team to manage geotechnical design and early works
  • Support the development of project technical documentation and technical schedules for project execution and operations & maintenance
  • Lead project reporting and project management functions, including preparation and management of development schedules, budgets and cost tracking for all development activities
  • Provide expertise on a range of project tendering processes and due diligence on new development projects and pipeline acquisitions
