Job Description:

Lead the development of renewable energy projects (solar, storage, or hybrid) from origination through financial close

Job Responsibility:

Lead full project lifecycle from site identification to ready-to-build stage
Manage due diligence, feasibility studies, environmental and technical assessments
Secure land rights, permits, and grid interconnection approvals
Coordinate with engineering, legal, finance, and construction teams
Negotiate with landowners, utilities, regulators, and community stakeholders
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments
Support PPA and offtake contract negotiations
Monitor market trends and identify new development opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related field
Master's preferred
7+ years' experience in renewable project development
Proven record delivering utility-scale renewable or storage projects
Strong understanding of permitting, grid connection, and energy markets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects with minimal supervision
